Shades of Bourbon (S.O.B) is another amazing IB release from the House of Craft Works, This limited bottle release is a true reflection of how a Bourbon cask can really influence the flavour profile of any single Malt. In true Crafty fashion it wasn’t enough to use just one Bourbon cask, but multiple Bourbon casks has influenced the flavour, colour and complexity of this Whisky.
Released at 56% ABV, S.O.B won’t disappoint the seasoned Bourbon influenced Whisky Drinker, nor will it detract from the enthusiast normally akin to more prominent flavours found in more robust maturation casks.
