The inaugural Balmain Rozelle Food and Art Festival ran from 17-28 March 2021. Organised by the Balmain Rozelle Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by local businesses McGrath (Cindy Kennedy), White Bay Brewery and Inner West Council
Peated and Meat was all about balancing amazing Peated Whiskies with exquisite meat dishes from the Bootlegger Bar. This was held on 14 Feb 21 and covered a range of whiskies from NSW craft Distilleries.
The Whisky Magazine has announced the winners for 2021 for the Icons of Whisky in Australia.
With the success of Edition 1 of the 'Distillery', it was ready to bottle the next cask for the independent bottling range. This was a special cask selection, as this cask was distilled on the same date of the birth of one of our director's daughters. This is a very complex and flavoursome whisky.
