The latest Cellar Door release from Craft Works Distillery is the Capertee - Release 2. The good thing about this is, you do not have to go to the Distillery to get hold of one). This is an independent bottling from an undisclosed distillery in NSW.
It is no surprise that Craig from Craft Works Distillery has been working hard to prepare his new releases. The new ones first hit the street on 18 Apr 20 and were the: Capertee - Release 2; Tokay Okay; and The Grumpy Old Man on a Hill.
The number 11 release is the most recent whisky from Joadja Distillery and continues with their Paddock to Bottle series. It is made from barley which has been grown on premises and then used in the production of their spirit. This makes it more unique from other Distilleries in Australia. This special one is matured in an Ex-Oloroso cask and then finished in a Ex-Bourbon barrel.
The Identity is a soft, light and floral whisky from Riverbourne Distillery and Edition 6 is no exception to the this. A spirit driven whisky with the signature narrow cut, ensures the creation of this sought after hand crafted Australian Whisky.
