The Sparrow Jack Original is Rum which is reminiscent of a commercial styled spiced rum, but hand crafted by Newcastle Distilling Co. This has been made with Australian  treacle and matured in Port Barrels. This process gives it a rich flavour, which remains versatile to drink neat or to mix. 

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Dark Gold

Nose: Rich nose with sweet caramel and then rich Christmas spices awaken the senses.

Palate: Equal flavours of spice and sweetness swirl in your mouth. Toffee, Nutmeg, Cinnamon and sugar syrup add to the complexity.

 Finish: Medium finish which slowly fades with spice and sweetness.
