Tokay Okay is an interesting Independent Bottling released from Craft Works Distillery. It is made with spirit from an undisclosed NSW Distillery and matured in French Oak which has previously matured Tokay wine.

This is one of the best releases from Craft works to date. It is well balanced and a Jammy style of whisky. Sweetness dominated with the right balance of spice too. This is a great pleaser of all whisky drinkers.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Dark Straw

Nose: Expressive aroma of Marmalade, some spice and subtle eucalyptus.

Palate: Jammy flavours with some lemon zest. Slight toasted cereal and oak

Finish: Medium warm finish, tapers off with sweetness and spice.
