The Sparrow Jack Spiced is a step up from the Sparrow Jack - Original. This brings richer flavours of spice and fruit together.Ā This has been made with AustralianĀ treacle and matured in Port Barrels. This process gives it a rich flavour to this Rum . Best served neat, on ice or mix.
Tasting Notes:
Colour:Ā Dark Gold
Nose: Grape skins, fudge, cranberreris outlay the main aromas. Small wafts of spice slowly build in the nose.
Palate:Ā Christmas spices builds the flavour with cloves and and stewed fruits.
Finish:Ā Medium finish which slowly fades with spice and sweetness.
