The Sparrow Jack Spiced is a step up from the Sparrow Jack - Original. This brings richer flavours of spice and fruit together. This has been made with Australian  treacle and matured in Port Barrels. This process gives it a rich flavour to this Rum . Best served neat, on ice or mix.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Dark Gold

Nose: Grape skins, fudge, cranberreris outlay the main aromas. Small wafts of spice slowly build in the nose.

Palate: Christmas spices builds the flavour with cloves and and stewed fruits.

Finish: Medium finish which slowly fades with spice and sweetness.
